Atlas Base CRM Privacy Policy

Last Updated:

This policy explains what information Atlas Base CRM collects, why, who else handles it, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it plainly. If something is unclear, contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account or update your profile, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and brokerage information.

CRM data you add

Atlas Base is a workspace for brokerages. Your team may store lead records, notes, call logs, tasks, transaction metadata, and uploaded files. This data often describes your clients and prospects.

Cookies and similar storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication and security. These are required for the service to work. Optional cookies are used only if you allow them. Your choice is stored for 365 days, after which we ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the Cookie preferences control in the page footer.

Information from connected services

If your workspace connects Meta Lead Ads, or you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the information needed for that feature, such as lead details or basic sign-in identity. These only apply when connected or configured.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the CRM, including sign-in, lead tracking, tasks, and reporting.
  • To host, maintain, and improve the application.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To send transactional email, such as email-verification and password-reset messages, and push notifications when enabled.
  • To process billing when a paid plan is used.
  • To protect the service, including abuse prevention and bot detection.

In most cases the brokerage decides why and how customer CRM data is used, and Atlas Base processes that information on the brokerage's behalf.

Retention

We keep account and CRM data while your workspace is active. Some records, such as financial transaction references, may be retained where necessary for business, accounting, or legal reasons. See the deletion details in User Rights.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or trade account profile data or CRM data.

We use the following providers to run the service:

  • Replit: managed hosting, database, and file storage.
  • Amazon SES: transactional email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot checks on forms.
  • Google Fonts: typefaces on public marketing pages, which your browser requests from Google's servers. This privacy page uses locally available fonts instead.
  • Stripe: billing, when a paid plan is used.
  • Expo: push notifications, when enabled.
  • Meta Lead Ads, Google sign-in, Microsoft sign-in: only when connected or configured for your workspace.

Optional integrations receive only the information needed for their function. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. User Rights and Data Portability

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or raise a concern about its processing. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law, and records we must keep. We respond in accordance with the requirements and timeframes of applicable law; the rights available depend on your location and circumstances.

Who to ask

  • For information in CRM records (leads, notes, calls), contact your brokerage administrator, who usually decides how that data is used.
  • For concerns about your platform account, email us at the address below.

What deletion currently covers

Workspace administrators and owners can permanently delete a lead within their own organization. Deletion scrubs the lead's contact details, notes, and related content, and detaches any retained financial transaction references from the lead.

Self-service deletion or export of an entire workspace or account is not currently offered. Contact us to discuss such requests. Deletion may not remove copies that remain in backups or records we must keep.

Cookie choices

You can change or revoke optional cookie consent at any time using the control. Essential authentication and security cookies remain required.

5. Contact Information

For privacy questions or platform-account requests, email atlasbasecrm@gmail.com. For requests about CRM records, contact your brokerage administrator first.

We may update this policy and will change the Last Updated date above when we do.
